Innovative Production Line — Needle-Loom Technology
At Mateusz we continually invest in machine park development. The result is the implementation of modern needle-loom technology, enabling production of cords with unique properties. The process is based on precise, fast and uniform fibre stitching, producing a coreless product that is at the same time extremely durable. Our cords are dimensionally stable, do not deform under load, yet remain soft and pleasant to the touch.
Ecology and Versatile Application
We are proud to inform that our polyester and cotton cords from this line can be made from materials sourced from recycled sources, confirming the sustainable nature of our production. We hold all necessary quality certificates (OEKO-TEX).
