Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usługi Newsletter przez P.P.H. „Mateusz”. Usługa polega na przesyłaniu informacji handlowych, promocji oraz nowości za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej.

2. Co zawiera Newsletter?
W ramach usługi będziemy wysyłać na podany przez Ciebie adres e-mail informacje związane z działalnością P.P.H. „Mateusz”. Mogą to być w szczególności:
- information about new products,
- special promotional offers and sales,
- indywidualne kody rabatowe,
- invitations to participate in surveys or competitions,
- industry advice.
The content sent in the Newsletter constitutes works within the meaning of copyright law and is subject to legal protection. Copying, modifying and using them for commercial purposes without our consent is prohibited.
3. Service Conditions (Subscription)
The Newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge. The Newsletter service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. To subscribe to the Newsletter:
- fill in the form on the website (enter your email address),
- accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
- kliknij przycisk „Zapisz się” (lub równoznaczny),
- confirm your subscription by clicking the activation link we will send to your inbox (Double Opt-In mechanism).
4. Rezygnacja z Newslettera
You may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. Unsubscription is possible via:
- clicking the "Unsubscribe" (unsubscribe) link found in the footer of each message,
- sending an email to: pph@mateusz.com.pl requesting removal,

Removal of your address from the subscriber database will occur immediately, no later than 30 days from receipt of the request (this usually happens automatically upon clicking the link).
5. Ochrona Danych Osobowych
Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych jest P.P.H. „Mateusz”. Przetwarzamy Twój adres e-mail w celu realizacji usługi wysyłki Newslettera na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (wykonanie umowy o świadczenie usług drogą elektroniczną).

6. Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the Newsletter can be submitted:

- pisemnie na adres siedziby firmy.
W zgłoszeniu prosimy o podanie adresu e-mail, którego dotyczy problem, oraz opisu nieprawidłowości. Reklamacje rozpatrujemy w terminie 14 dni od daty ich otrzymania.
7. Final Provisions
Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego Regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn (np. zmiana przepisów prawa, zmiana funkcjonalności serwisu). O każdej zmianie poinformujemy subskrybentów drogą mailową z wyprzedzeniem wynoszącym co najmniej 7 dni.
W przypadku braku akceptacji zmian w Regulaminie, masz prawo do rezygnacji z usługi Newslettera.
