Products available from stock are usually dispatched the same day. For orders requiring production (e.g. custom colour, large quantities) or additional services (heat-cutting, tip fitting), lead times are agreed individually — typically 3 to 7 working days.

Heat-cutting (thermal cutting) is used with synthetic materials (polyester, polypropylene). This process simultaneously cuts the cord and seals its ends, preventing fraying. It is the ideal solution for manufacturing bag handles or clothing cords.

A T-lace is a plastic stopper (crossbar) crimped onto the end of a cord or elastic. It allows the cord to be inserted into a hole (e.g. a paper bag or folder) without tying a knot. The cord is inserted lengthways and after passing through the hole the stopper positions itself crossways, preventing withdrawal.

Yes, the raw materials used in our production hold the OEKOTEX Standard 100. This means our products are free from harmful substances and safe for health.

Our machine park enables production across a very wide range of diameters. We offer threads from 0.8 mm, fine cords at 1.5 mm, standard clothing cords at 3–5 mm, up to thick ropes at 7–9 mm. Details can be found on individual product pages.
